Living in Connection: A Workshop for People who Want Better Relationships
If you are thinking about beginning Couples Counselling, relationship therapy or Marriage Counselling, this 1 day workshop in Burnaby may help you get a head start on the work in therapy.
Learn what the world’s leading experts have to say about the common pitfalls of intimate relationships, and the best ways to avoid or overcome those pitfalls.
This one day workshop will give you the tools to assess what isn’t working in your relationship and pointers for how to improve communication and intimacy. In six hours we will cover much of the ground that would be explored in as many sessions of couples therapy. This information may be all you need to improve your relationship but if expert guidance is required you will be well ahead of the game when you begin therapy.
The format of the workshop is largely educational, with opportunities for practice. However there is no requirement of participation, and no expectation that you share any personal information with the group.
