Support for women and their families experiencing emotional distress related to pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety

You don't have to suffer this alone.

We work with gentleness and grounded strength with women struggling with Postpartum Depression and Anxiety.

If you are feeling extremely sad, fearful or worthless during your pregnancy, in the first few months after giving birth, or after losing your pregnancy, it is important to pay attention and get help.

We also support partners to learn how to best support a woman feeling lost, worthless, or unable to cope after childbirth because postpartum distress and all the doubt and uncertainty can be paralyzing and terrifying for both partners.  We help you both find your path through this.

We are here to help.

We invite you to reach out when you are ready and get the support you need, wherever you are in your journey.

Here are some resources that may help you understand more about what you are experiencing.

"Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying 'I will try again tomorrow.' "
