Proud To Love – celebrating marriage equality and LBTQ relationships

Years ago I worked with a young boy, who asked to see me on his own, and when we met he asked me to talk with his mom who he loved very much and needed very much. He asked me to help her love him as he was. He didn’t need therapy. This beautiful request came through loud and clear, and full of pain and longing. It was easy to accept, with all of the commitment in me, which holds steady for each person I am honoured to support.  The work with his mom progressed rapidly. All she needed was a safe space and relationship that would help her to connect with her own deepest wisdom and knowing, her own deep source of unconditional love and respect for her precious son.
